Teething!!!?

my 5 month old is teething like mad, tried bonjela brandy teething rings calpol paracetamol nothing works...help!!!

Teething!!!?
I feel your pain...my little one is 10 months old, and I cringe every time I see a new tooth coming. Know, that it does get better after the first 4. The best that I could do for her was Tylenol every 4 hours, and she loved the Ambesol Qtips! She would actually clap when she saw me pull out the case. I also tried wetting a washcloth and putting it in the freezer....but I found her favorite to be a spoon. Good luck...it won't last too long!
Reply:I have no idea what you gave him, never heard of that...Im in the US.

Try frozen teething rings%26amp; ambasol at the same time this numbs their little gums, also try some infant tylenol.

Good Luck!
Reply:Put pressure on the area where his teeth are coming in. Let him chew on your fingers or give him something safe to chew on. Putting pressure on the area relieves the pain.

Don't give him a frozen teething ring. It can bruise his gums and cause frostbite. Wet a washcloth in water and put it in a bowl in the refridgerator and let it get cold. Wring out some of the water and let him chew on that instead of a frozen teething ring.
Reply:Well, I would not use any of of gum numbing stuff because it can also numb his tongue. Gerber teething biscuits are great. I used to just sit rub my babies gums (with super clean hands and a dampened clean wash cloth - of course) and it seemed to provide a great level of relief for him.
Reply:The only thing I do is put teething rings in the fridge and let him chew on those, or any other toy that he wants to. When it gets really bad, I put a little Baby Orajel on his gums and he relaxes for a bit.

He really also likes chewing on a cold, wet burp cloth.
Reply:the best thing for a teething baby is a teething ring...i had tried all the gels and so on...my son got the most relief by a hard teething ring or rubbing his gums on his crib
Reply:Tylenol always help relieve pain for my childrens teething
Reply:Try Zilactin or Oragel, It worked for both my kids
Reply:infant tylenol and teething pills from walgreens.
Reply:we are born with no teeth and die with no teeth.
Reply:get a bottle of real vanilla extract not imitation and rub it on the gums theres a touch of alcohol in the real stuff just enough to numb it and have you given tylenol,or store brand acetametaplen? your dr. can instruct you on how much to give .but try the vanilla one of mine began teeting at 7 weeks and was too little for any medecine it was a life saver
