Teething.....?

My 9 month old i think might be getting a tooth, I'm not real sure though, this is my first and i was just curious if anyone could tell me if she is...on her bottom left gum it was white for a while and now theres like this circled indent in the middle of her gum... could it be a tooth? how long you think it'll be till it comes?

I believe it is a tooth but most of the time the two bottom teeth come in together. My daughter has had the white of her top 4 teeth showing for about a week just ready to cut through, she has had her bottom teeth since 5 months, They cut through at the same time. I think it takes every baby a different amount of time to cut a tooth. You should also be able to run your finger over it and feel it. It will feel different then the rest of her gums.
Reply:it very well could be. if it is a tooth, itll probably push through in a couple days or less.
Reply:it could be. my son had a white dot at the same place where his tooth came through. you can feel of her bottom gum, you should be able to feel a little nub but if you don't her gum should be a little rough in that area. they will drool alot and some of the babies will cry alot because of the pain. infant Tylenol and the teething tablets really worked for me.
