Teething!!?

normally my baby is a good sleeper but the last couple days he hasnt been sleeping as good, hesw very tired he goes to sleep easily, but he wakes up screaming, and its a different cry than normal, could it be that he is teething. his gums also look a little white not spots but all over???

Could be thrush. Is there a white coating all over or the actual gums white? If the gums are white then he could be anemic. If there is a white coating it is probable thrush. Thrush is a yeast infection that happens alot in the mouth but also travels down the throat into the stomach which gives you a really painful case of heartburn. Take the baby to the doctor and get him checked out please.

Reply:IF you are breast feeding it could be thrush which is like a yeast infection in the mouth. See the doctor tomorrow. IF your baby is usually a good sleeper there is an obvious problem.
Reply:well if the whiteness looks like its under the gums like teeth pushin against it then its prolly teething it sounds like it but if its a white look that looks like it on top of the gums then thats prolly something different does he drool alot and chew fingers or tug at ears?? those are also signs of teething if he doesnt do any of those other things then maybe its not teething
