Teething...?

When your baby was teething, did he or she chew on the nipple of the bottle?

Teething...?
Absolutely! My son chews on anything within his little arm's reach. His first tooth broke through about two weeks ago, and now his 2nd one is popping out. Nobody told me there might be a lot of bloo!! His first tooth was bloody when it came through, and it was all over his jammies, his face, and his teething toy. At first I was alarmed until I realized it was just his tooth and he wasn't in any pain.
Reply:yes my 2 year old did
Reply:She chewed on everything, my nipple included (ouch!)
Reply:When a baby is teething, they are likely to chew on anything they can get in their mouths. The purpose of that is to help the teeth break the gum. Keep cold teething rings in your fridge. Nice hard toys like links and the such are perfect also. Enjoy those teeth as they come in.
Reply:My son will be 6 months on Sunday and his first tooth came through today...he has been chewing on everything...anything that he can get in his mouth..it goes there...

Reply:Yes they chew on everything. Walmart has a teething tablet(in the baby dept) its wonderful, my great Grandson uses them and has had no problem. Hes now 16 months and is cutting his first molders. Sure wish they would have had them when mine were babies.
