Tips for Teething..... HELP!!!?

My 8 month old is teething he already has 2 on the bottom and is gettin 2 at the same time from the top... he didnt even act different for the ones on the bottom.. He usually only fusses right before he takes his naps and goes to bed at night.. i have teething tablets and tylenol.. he chews on a frozen rag... what else can i do..??? i just feel so bad for my little man

Tips for Teething..... HELP!!!?
I remember those days. The only other thing I can think of is baby oragel and teething rings.
Reply:You might want to try Baby Orajel.
Reply:My daughter liked the teethers you can freeze. I would also put her pacifiers in the fridge before I gave them to her. That seemed to help.

Reply:'you are already doing just fine, the only other thing i can suggest would be baby oragel to put on his gums, when he seems to be having a bad time, I wouldn"t reccomend using it all of the time
Reply:nothing else really. you are doing everything right. just give him a big hug and kiss that calmed my son down as he knew i was there and when he fell asleep i gave him a teddy that smelt like me which helped him relax, also there are books on baby massage. there are some techniques for teething babies i do it with my 5 month and he loves it
Reply:My son is 6 months and his doc said it was okay if I put frozen or cold fruit in a mesh bag. My son has 1 tooth and getting his second one in and he loves it.

Reply:You could feed him popsicles if he's extra fussy, this will help keep him hydrated too.
