More than likely teething?

For those of you who read my earlier question '3 Month old teething', Ethan finally went to sleep around 2 pm. Well he woke up about 6 this evening. He ate 5 ounces then about 830 ate another 5 ounces. Only taking formula, no cereal. So I believe he was only teething. Or it was a reaction to his antibiotic. We havent givin him any since his last dose at 10 this morning. So, since I had no problems with my daughter when it came to teething, does anybody have any advice on how I can handle it when he does this.

More than likely teething?
I highly recommend teething tablets! Ask the pharmacist at walmart or your drugstore. They are with the vitamins at our walmart. The box is pink %26amp; white and costs $6-7. The TINY pills taste like coffee creamer and disolve instantly, especially if he drools a lot. They help with the pain naturally without numbing like Oragel, and may help him to sleep better since he's not hurting so much.

My older child now asks for them to help with her permanent teeth comming in!!!

(They also work for colicky babies)
Reply:try hylands teething tablets
Reply:You never know. use your instict, mothers usually can sense more than anybody. It could be antibiotics, but it could also be other things. Ask yourself, how long has he been on antibiotics? how long after until reaction. Is he drooling alot or reaching for his gums? All babies have different pain threshholds so you can't compare them to one another. Bare with it, I'm sure it'll get better!!!
Reply:Try teething toys, and oragel to put on the baby's gums. Also those teething tablets will help too.
