Anyone have a mini doxie? Its so odd, he taked his littlepink pig stuffed toy. Sits on it and massages it while sticking the whole pigs face in his mouth..he will fall asleep like that...is he teething? He is now 6 months. He has also started peeing everywhere and eating less..seems distracted. We have an appointment to get him neutured next month, will his behaviour change. Also, any advice on making him feel better during teething? what are the signs of teething?

Teething and peeing mini doxie?
The distraction and peeing is because he is becoming a teenager. He has marking and more important things than you on his mind. Be sure to work with him, teach him manners, and take him for walks. The sucking is something some dogs and cats just do to feel comforted. It's most common in puppies and kittens that left their mother too young (ie. before 8 weeks)
