Teething Pain for more than 2 weeks?

my daughter(19 months) is getting her upper molar tooth %26amp; is having teething pain/discomfort since april 20th ..

she had fever for couple of days ..the fever stopped but she has almost stopped eating since last 15 days..

I have been giving her tylenol, baby orajel %26amp; also since last 3 days giving her camelia homepathic teeething pain medicine...

when i visited the doctor last week ...he checked %26amp; told that baby doesnt have any other infection...

I have been really patient hoping it will be normal soon but Its been really tough %26amp; makes me worried as i have tried giving different varieties of food to her..

I desperately need advise on how long the teething pain/discomfort will continue..

Also about how long i can continue giving these pain relieving medicines..

Teething Pain for more than 2 weeks?
i give my son childrens motrin once in the am and once in the pm before bed.. we also use orajel and i let him chew on a very cold washcloth during the day. i will wet it and put it in the freezer for 15-20 min. it seems to keep him happy. he doesnt like teething rings too much. i know she is too old for baby food..but what about mash potatoes or baby yogurt? or maybe even a little ice cream to keep her mouth cool??
Reply:Don't forget the frozen waffles. They are a life saver. They eat and get relief. Report It

Reply:it's ok... she's teething.... it's normal
Reply:my son started teething at 4 months, and just got teeth at 8/9 months.. It can go on for a long time.. you just need to comfort, console and take care of the baby.. use teething tablets, some pain relievers, and teething toys.. Baby Orajel too
Reply:teething pain and discomfort varies from child to child to child . As far as a pain relive i would suggest teething tablets they are natural and have no side effects. i purchase them in the vitamin section of Wal-mart pharmacy. they hare made by homeopathic. Hyland's is the brand name. good luck. they help my son also 19 months considerably

camcorders
