Teething in 3 1/2 month old?

My son started teething at 2 1/2 months, he is now 3 1/2 and in this time my son sleeps through a few nights then wakes during the next few nights, he has done this for the entire month. Is this how teething works for babies? Are they bothered by their teeth for a few days then fine for the next few?

What makes you think he is teething?

Babies will get drooly %26amp; will chew on their hands whenever they find them, but not necessarily be teething.

His waking could be due to a growth spurt, or just a change in sleep patterns.
Reply:YES, THAT IS HOW IT WORKS FOR SOME. MINE WENT ON AND OFF LIKE THAT FOR A MONTH!
Reply:WAKING IS NOT JUST BECAUSE OF TEETHING HE MAY BE ABOUT TO START SOMETHING NEW LIKE CRAWLING OR STANDING USUALLY WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING NEW THE ARE RESTLESS SLEEPERS IF HE CONTINUES TO WAKE MAYBE TRY CHANGING THE DIRECTION OF HIS CRIB THAT HELPED MY SON ?
Reply:uh sometimes are you sure its teething? becuase babys do that sometimes they just wake up and sometimes they sleep

if your baby is teething try highlands teething tablets they are amazing
Reply:My son started teething around 3 1/2 month also.

One night he woke up every hour on the hour and it was not until a couple of days later I saw the tooth.

When he gets a tooth he's fussy for a few days then fine.
