Is 3 months too young to be teething? Teeyana has been fussy all day, crying, not wanting to eat anything, and putting things in her mouth. Nevaeh was doing the same thing when she was teething at 6 months. My mom says its teething, but isn't it a bit too early?
Teething Question?
Hello, I just took my 3 1/2 mo old to the ped. and she told me that my baby might start teething because she had white lines on her bottom gums, I thought so anyway since shes started really drooling all the time now and her fists are in her mouth constantly now. No fussiness yet but I'm sure its to come.
Good luck and Best wishes!
Reply:It's not common, but it can happen. I was in a mother's group of 0-3 months olds and one of the babies in the group had a front tooth before the 6-week class was over.
Reply:No actually, it's not. Some babies are born with teeth breaking through, chances are though that if she does have a tooth pop through it may go back under the gums until later on. That's what happened to me when I was a baby. First tooth came through at 3 months, back under and then up again at 6 months.
Reply:My daughter got her two bottom front teeth at 3 months so it isn't to early, she was teething right from when she was born.
Reply:For a baby, it's never to early to start teething. Good Luck!!
Reply:its not too young at all......my daughter had her first teeth in at 3 mos and my son started teething at 3 months. most likely she is
